umm im not sure but im pretty sure we are starting around 6 on friday and im not sure if were going into sunday or if were ending saturday, i need to be told so. if its saturday proably end around 9 or 10 and then have clean up.

I think I'm going to NPC until I get the hang of everything (who knows how long that will take...), or at least for this event. Is that alright?
Oh and I still need one of those form things that have to be signed too.

yeh I've got 2 tents(2 person tents, They're water proof btw....unlike some other tents.....) somewhere if we need tents for people.
If theres too many people I can just go home for the night though.
only like 12 guys are sleeping over at the moment.

Ok Ok ppl, quiet down . . . right then:
Sarah it will be fine if you would like to npc for the whole or part of the time which you are at the event.
The Liability Forms will be available during sign in, and as a reminder, must be signed by a legal guardian if you are under the age of 18. Also, there must be forms on file for you before you will be aloud to play. For those of you who have never attend at Trinity event at the Grant's home you must have these forms signed during sign in. If you are under 18, then you must bring a parent with you to sign for you.
Sleeping arrangements . . . Tents are fine, but realize that it will not be warm outside . . . it's getting into winter so be prepared plz. Other then that, the Inn has a good bit of space for those who are staying, or you can drive/get rides back to your homes. I am not sure at the moment weather Mrs. Marsters will once again be offering space in her home, as well as transportation to and from the event Friday night / sat morning. Hopefully more information on that will be available tomorrow or Thursday, otherwise plz ask us during the sign in process on Friday night.
Casey, The tent that we had talked about would still be wonderful for the npc's if you could manage to borrow it for the weekend. Plz let me know about it.
October event:
Sign in will be from aprox 5:30 until 6:30 Friday evening
Play will commence at aprox 6:35pm Friday night
Play will halt for the night at aprox 10:00pm Friday night
Play will recommence at aprox 10:00am Saturday morning
Play will halt at aprox 9:00pm Saturday night to be followed immediately by
A closing session from 9:00pm till aprox 9:15pm
Clean up will follow immediately after the closing session. As a reminder, pc's who help during clean up get extra creation.

i see no problem with helping to clean up.
If anyone wants trü wonderbrü, they'll have to get me some Amp by/on friday, before the event. Otherwise, I'll just throw some stuff together. I'll make a batch for the NPC's regardless.

so i got some interesting news, you know that tree that used to be in the ground next to the stone porch, its now laying infront of the inn entrence. i think you can still get in and all but yeah its a really big tree and so the terrain has change a bit. brain, ill try and send a pic so you know better what we are looking at.

Just a reminder, please dress to the weather people . . . we play in snow, rain, wind, ext. Bring and wear clothes to keep you dry and or warm. If you dont have anything like that which is period, then bring towls and warm clothes and change out after you get soaked and or cold.
