Any deathbringer who as "Animate Dead" or has otherwise the means of casting a spell to create undead can steal control of previously created undead. To do this, they must use an "Animate Dead" of a level higer than the one used to initially create the undead. If it is successful, then the undead must fall under their immediate control.

I am clarifying the rules on speaking with the undead (or DeadSpeak). Anyone who is either undead, or has access to Death Sphere can use DeadSpeak. It cannot be used to communicate between players. Undead creatures may only speak in one word answers/statements. Also saying:
Does not constitute 3 answers/statements and if you are found doing this you will be thrashed. Living beings using deadspeak are capable of saying as many words to the undead as possible.
