More quesions/comments, HA.
You said Harbringers can restore HP, did you mean light Harbringers, or does the death sphere also restore hp.
If the death sphere dosn't restore hp, what does it do?
Resurect isn't on the feat list, and raise dead isn't either. What do they each do, and what changes as the level increases?
Does a life spell restore the same amount of hp any other sphere spell would deal, or is it different? (imho it should be diff).
Clerics don't have cast...does that mean they a. can't cast spells b. cast less useful spells or c. have cast and life shpere combined into one feat
If the answer was c, do they count as having that level of cast and that level of the sphere, therefore curing 2x the level? (assuming life does work the same as the other spheres)
By what you said about 2 weapons, can I use 2 bastard weapons the same way for no extra cost?
You said what shield can prevent varys...you should clarify what EXACTLY all of the feats do/don't do.
Do you see what I meant before about needing extremely well organized and detailed rules? Ok, i'm done pissing you off for now =).
I wuv yoo matt =P

Here are some more, just in case you were getting close to finishing.
Can a character modify his HP/SP/MP after character creation by any means?
Will there be a list of items, or rules at some point for items...?
Currency, and value of items/weapons etc. How will players obtain new weapons/items?
Is there any "armor" in-game, or is it just for the sake of costuming?
Whats the point of putting multiple creation points into the life sphere for a cleric? With just the lvl 1 I spend 1 mp to heal 1 hp....if I spend 2 CP, I can opt to spend 2 mp to heal 2 hp....notice the problem?
Are spells cast instantaniously? Does that mean I can cast my fire sphere spell as many times as I have MP and throw a crap load of packets at you? Do I even need to wait inbetween throwing them? Can I put my hand on someone and cast 10 spells instantly?
What's the reasoning behind being allowed to missuse weapons, and even missuse them with feats (why do you feel that's preferable to requiring weapons to be used properly)?
Is there any difference between being knocked unconsious by droping to 0 HP and being knocked unconsious by supression damage?
Do 2 more hits or a killing blow kill you either way? Can those 2 hits be from a weapon dealing supression damage?
Can I killing blow with a weapon i'm not proficient with?
Will there be any abilities/rules that apply exclusively to a specific sphere, or does your sphere really only change your subclass?
Can I decrease the cost of a spell to zero? Can I reduce it below zero and regain mp? Can I reduce the damage below zero and restore hp?
I may be mistaken...but it seems to me that SP is waaaaay more important than HP...
Do any races have any preference of classes
I may have asked this, but I can't remember: Does the level of a feat determine its SP cost? If it does, wont that make it preferable to throw many lower level damage feats to a single or a few big ones (since a lvl 1 parry stops any of them, reguardless of damage)? Eg I spend 1 sp to deal 4 damage with my two handed sword and lvl 1 sneak, or 2 sp to deal 5 damage with a two handed sword and lvl 2 sneak. I can swing twice for 4 for the cost of swinging once for 5, no?
How long do I have before I have to use rally?
When I use rally, each use effects one person, or can I rally a group of warriors with one use of the feat?
Can I use rally while engaged in combat?
Please put the npc races/classes/feats up asap. Thank you!

ha, only 18 more to go . . . i'll get on them shortly, here are the first post's answers:
More quesions/comments, HA.
You said Harbringers can restore HP, did you mean light Harbringers, or does the death sphere also restore hp.
Death sphere deals damage, as would seem normal.
If the death sphere dosn't restore hp, what does it do?
Damage same as other sphere casters.
Resurect isn't on the feat list, and raise dead isn't either. What do they each do, and what changes as the level increases?
Didn’t you already ask that, and didn’t I already tell you that if you’re a harbringer then ask a gm . . . I think you did, and I think I did, if not then there you go.
Does a life spell restore the same amount of hp any other sphere spell would deal, or is it different? (imho it should be diff).
Same.
D, none of the above. clerics are a form of Life-Knight, fighting to preserve the life force of their allies. When it says that clerics have life shpere they DO NOT have cast, and therefore cannot give HP in the manner that a Harbringer can. Instead they can cast the two "passive" life spells, Regen limb, and Lifes Breath (note: Life harbringers can also cast this)
By what you said about 2 weapons, can I use 2 bastard weapons the same way for no extra cost?
Heh, yea if you really want to go for it . . . you’ll probably get your ass handed to you but yea you can do it or try anyway.
You said what shield can prevent varys...you should clarify what EXACTLY all of the feats do/don't do.
Ha . . . no . . . I’ll be glad to run though it with you in person but like it says right before the feats list the list is a summery, and for specifics talk to a gm. I’ll be glad to run through it with you in person some time.
Do you see what I meant before about needing extremely well organized and detailed rules? Ok, i'm done pissing you off for now =).

alright, i'm done with these, if you have more post away, i'll do my best to keep up.
Here are some more, just in case you were getting close to finishing.
Can a character modify his HP/SP/MP after character creation by any means?
Aside from healing or resting back . . . no not currently.
Will there be a list of items, or rules at some point for items...?
Maybe an abriged list, of common items, but I doubt there will be anything more then that.
Currency, and value of items/weapons etc. How will players obtain new weapons/items?
Gold, and new weapons/items will be given out based on economic class or can be purchased from an npc character, who will be introduced at the second event.
Is there any "armor" in-game, or is it just for the sake of costuming?
No, armor is for costuming and functionality, it can hurt after awhile being hit with boffers and in the heat of battle people are known to swing to hard sometimes so armor can be nice.
Whats the point of putting multiple creation points into the life sphere for a cleric? With just the lvl 1 I spend 1 mp to heal 1 hp....if I spend 2 CP, I can opt to spend 2 mp to heal 2 hp....notice the problem?
Well first off, with one cp in you have one lvl in it, and secondly with one lvl you would be healing 2hp for 1mp, as the healing effects cost equal to the lvl of the feat and heal equal to 2x the lvl of the feat. The feat cast, ie the cleric's feat, doesn't let them heal hp, only gives them acess to the extra life spells.
Are spells cast instantaniously? Does that mean I can cast my fire sphere spell as many times as I have MP and throw a crap load of packets at you? Do I even need to wait inbetween throwing them? Can I put my hand on someone and cast 10 spells instantly?
The time it takes to cast a spell is assumed equal to the amount of time it takes you to call the sphere you’re using and the damage your throwing. For example, if you had 1 lvl of both fire sphere and cast, and wanted to throw your dmg 2 fire spell many times in succession, you would call Fire damage 2, Fire damage 2, Fire damage 2, ect. However many times you wanted to cast the spell. No, you still have to call the spell and damage when you are using the spell touch range as well as normally.
What's the reasoning behind being allowed to missuse weapons, and even missuse them with feats (why do you feel that's preferable to requiring weapons to be used properly)?
Missues? Do you mean suppression damage? Suppression damage is representing of the fact that even if you don’t know how to use a weapon well, you can still bash some one in the head with it, ie if your not proficient with the weapon you can still use it to beat them senseless it’s just a lot harder to do anything useful.
Is there any difference between being knocked unconsious by droping to 0 HP and being knocked unconsious by supression damage?
No not really.
Do 2 more hits or a killing blow kill you either way? Can those 2 hits be from a weapon dealing supression damage?
Uh first it would take around 5 or 6 more hits and second no.
Can I killing blow with a weapon i'm not proficient with?
No.
Will there be any abilities/rules that apply exclusively to a specific sphere, or does your sphere really only change your subclass?
There will be, these spells are the ones still being worked out, for instance fire sphere will be able to create in game torches and cooking fires and such.
Can I decrease the cost of a spell to zero? Can I reduce it below zero and regain mp? Can I reduce the damage below zero and restore hp?
No, hell no, and no fucking way . . . wow those were easy to answer.
I may be mistaken...but it seems to me that SP is waaaaay more important than HP...
That’s an opinion, it really depends on how much you plan to rely on your feats, and what kind of feats you plan on using.
Do any races have any preference of classes
Yes, the kind of preferences you would expect, like an Ogren would prefer a warrior class, but there is no advantage to following these role-playing preferences.
Um, yes the lvl of the feat determines it’s sp cost, and you can choose to throw lower lvl feats at a lower sp cost, however a lvl 1 defense feat won’t stop a higher lvl dmg feat. Defensive feats only negate an offensive feat if it’s lvl is = to or greater then the dmg feat’s lvl.
How long do I have before I have to use rally?
What? I don’t quite understand that question, you don’t ever Have to use a feat, it’s a choice. It's your next swing. No time limit, however it won't roll over periods or months.
When I use rally, each use effects one person, or can I rally a group of warriors with one use of the feat?
It’s a group effect . . . currently no restrictions on how many people as long as they are touching you they get the effect, but they can only get the bonus once before an engagement, you can’t cast it several times before an engagement on the same people, they will still only get the effect once.
Can I use rally while engaged in combat?
No, it’s used before or in between engagements, like preparing for a battle, or regrouping after a retreat.
Please put the npc races/classes/feats up asap. Thank you!
Not many differences; we use the same classes and feats as everyone else, and other races are few and far between.

I've got more, Huzzah? =).
"Parry- counts as a quick blocking movement with your weapon, thus it will not work if you dont have a weapon in your hand, parry also may not be used against the Take feat, nor against any form of thrown magic, you can Parry touch range spells."
It dosn't say whether I can or can not parry a Sever or a Hurt. Brian, you said I can't; Matt, you said I can. Pick which, and add it to the rule.
Pick key words, and only use them. By this I mean use one of the phrases you've created such as "melee feat," "damage feat," etc. You shouldn't use other words/phrases to describe the same effect in order to avoid confusion. One phrase you definately need to decide on is "unconsious" vs "incapacitated." I think they both mean the same thing, but it's hard to know for sure. By choosing a diff word it implies you mean something different. In that light I think the following feats are unclear as written:
"Parry- counts as a quick blocking movement with your weapon, thus it will not work if you dont have a weapon in your hand, parry also may not be used against the Take feat, nor against any form of thrown magic, you can Parry touch range spells." (the keywords that it does/dosn't stop)
"Cheap Shot- is used in a combat situation to attack someone whom you are not currently engaged with, for instance if your fighting next to a shipmate and want to help him out a bit you would use Cheap Shot to hit the thing he is fighting for damage the same as any other damage feat." (all the other damage feats have the phrase "In addition to the normal damage caused by a damage feat" except this one)
"Misdirect- is used to confuse the target into doing something or going somewhere which the swashbuckler would like, it must be role played and can not be used to talk a target into doing something outrageous like cutting his own head off. If you are found abusing this feat you will be thrashed." (provide an example of proper use? Clarify that you couple it with dialogue.)
In addition, I think the feat type should also be included with the feat definition, and not just with the classes.
More to come...mod just ended....

the feats are being reworked/clarified and will be updated soon, in a new format; feats will be listed under a heading type ie Damage, Negate, Non Combat, or Special.
