Hey, I know there's been some conflict over my costume (or lack thereof) at the first event. I was just wondering if you could post the recommended costum-age for each race?

hmm.... how to put this politely... GET CREATIVE? We can't do everything (although i wish i could ;D ) So as long as it looks cool, we'll be fine with it.

I might not have a very good costume for awhile. I have to make a new cloak and get new ears. My last one is lost a portal....somewhere...

Nonono, I was asking what the typical costume would be for each race. I know that we can get creative with it, but not if we don't know what's required in the first place.
Example: Noah painted runes and marks on his face. Is this suggested for every elf?

Oh come on here people, you're not stupid! Think of what people in novels have done, or at other LARPs! At this moment there are no real restrictions or requirements, and we wont have racial info up for a while, so until we do, just get creative!

Ok Matt, I know Matthew didn't answer your question, so I think this is what's up. You are a rat thingy and therfore have to have rat-like make-up or at the very least whiskers. Elves aren't required to have markings or runes or anything. Trolls have to have markings in "funny colors", but not green. Cool colors in the blue and purple families. Any individual character can have markings if they so choose, for example, Noah didn't have to, but he did anyway. Past that, the GM's haven't specified so they have no basis of complaint. (just a note, all this info I got from Matthew. It's genuine and I'm not simply making it up. If any GMs wish to correct or add or I'm wrong, I disclaim any responsibility.)

Oh, nonono. I know what's needed for Skyven. I was just trying to get general costume knowledge out there for everyone, which you just did. Awesome.
