The Next Event/website updates

Alright I figured I'd start a thread for the next event. Cause I've got some questions/inquires. I'm assuming we're most likely having an April or May event depending on if we have space for an event.

Alright first I'm going to be revamping the site this summer and I'd like a bunch of new pictures, especially new racial pictures and the like. It'd also be nice to get some class pictures. It be good if the race and class pictures were group ones. Like all the humans gather together. Also it would be nice to get more weapon pictures.

Finally I'd like to open up a character section on the site that would feature like pcs/npcs of the month etc...and some quick info about them(Similar to how EQ's site does it and many other larp sites). I probably will be changing the right side menu to an updates menu.
I'd also like a big big group picture of everyone for like the main page picture or something along these lines. Basically I'd like to request time to take these pictures throughout the event. I figure during npc prep time would be best or when nothing major is happening.
It's probably best for me to take the pictures unless i'm required in them(aka elf or mancer pictures) because I know what I want in the pictures.

basically my question was, would it be fine with you guys?
and do you have any suggestions or what have you.
etc...

basically i'd just be nice to know when a good time to do it would be like tell me at the event when nothing much is gonna happen so i can round up peopl to take pictures.

ok, well it's fine with me, and I don't imagine Matt would have a problem with it, so just mention it again at sign in and we'll get it taken care of durring the event.
